Employment Start Date Transaction - How to identify Direct Admit vs Internal Admit in BPM/Approvals

Hello Experts,

We have a business requirement where an FYI notification should be resent when a Partner's Employment Start Date is changed.

However, the notification resend should apply only to Direct Admit Partners and should not apply to Internal Admit/Internal Promote Partners.

During our analysis of the Employment Start Date transaction, we observed that the transaction page contains only date-related fields, such as:

• Current Action Date
• New Start Date

We also reviewed the available attributes in the Employment Start Date approval rule configuration, but we could not find any attribute that identifies the Partner's Admit Type (Direct Admit vs Internal Admit).
