Our Use Case
We're currently evaluating a Talent Profile design strategy where learning completions may automatically publish accomplishments or credentials to employee Talent Profiles.
Examples include:
- Internal credential programs
- Learning-based accomplishments
- Vendor-managed certifications
- Future learning-driven credential frameworks
Historically, profile clean-up could sometimes be managed directly within the profile experience. This update appears to reinforce a model where the source system owns the record.
