Position Change Workflow Notification Display

Summary:

Hello! We are encountering an issue with our custome workflow notifications. When a department change is completed under workforce structures then a position change request is submitted but the leader has not changed the field, but it is showing the department was changed. How can we prevent these from showing on the workflow notification since the leader did not directly change this field. It is causing confusion

We do still need this to show on the workflow notification if the leader physically changes the attributes within the field.
