How do I troubleshoot this error in my AI Agent Studio Evaluation?

Summary:

I copied the HCM Data Security Assistant and migrated it to a workflow. I am able to run Debug on the workflow.

I then created an Evaluation for the converted workflow and get Status of API Error when I run the Evaluation. The View Run Results are blank and the Trace does not return any output. Please advise
