Work Confirmation Cancel option not available even after 26C update - is this feature enabled?

As per Oracle Documentation below, Work Confirmation Cancellation option Should be now available, can anyone confirm if they are using it or what are those steps?
Even the Privilege (PO_CANCEL_WORK_CONFIRMATION_PRIV) mentioned in below oracle document is not available in application.
