Invalid username or password but password is correct

Hi Folks

Wondered if anybody came accross this issue.

I am trying to login to our DEV4 environment but each time I get "Invalid username or password." even though the password and username are 100% right.

I think the sync between FA and IAM is working and there is no problem on that end.

I noticed that I can try pressing login button as many times as I want and it will not lock the account but if trying with a deliberately incorrect password, the account does get locked.

I tried to change the password to something else - no joy
