The users are facing issue on the page while they are trying to enter the certificate details.

Navigation -->
Me --> Career and Performance --> Skills and Qualifications -->
Scroll down to "Licenses and Certifications" -->

Add/Upload the file here and click on Save.

The error is encountered on the page -
You need to enter a value for the LicenseorCertificate Attribute
