Can we fetch data using api's from OTBI Dashboard?

Hi,

I am trying to build an agent which can fetch data from OTBI dashboards using API. But the SOAP api is only fetching data from analysis, is there any possibilities to fetch from dashboard? I tried giving the dashboard path it shows error with wrong path. Kindly let me know the other way or how to resolve this issue.
