How to color-code question responses in Interview Feedback Questionnaires?

Hi Team,

Is there a way to color-code specific response options in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) interview feedback questionnaires?

Note: We are using standard single-choice question responses, NOT a rating model/scale.

Business Need: We want to visually highlight choice options (e.g., Red for "Unfavorable", Green for "Strong Hire") to improve visual clarity for recruiters and hiring managers when completing feedback.

Our Questions:

  1. Is there a native setting already available in Questionnaire Administration to style response choices?
  2. Has anyone successfully implemented color-coding using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) or Page Composer?
  3. Is there an existing Idea Lab entry for this feature that we can upvote?
