Requirement to Restrict Directors from Withdrawing Required Learning Enrollments

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where Directors with a custom Learning role should be able to withdraw only voluntary enrollments and should not have access to withdraw required enrollments.

Could you please confirm whether this functionality is available out of the box in Oracle Learning Management? If not, is it possible to achieve this through role customization, privileges, data security policies, or any other configuration?

We would appreciate guidance on whether the withdrawal permissions can be differentiated based on the enrollment type (Voluntary vs. Required), so that Directors can only manage voluntary enrollments while required assignments remain restricted.
