Creating job levels with different approval amount

Within an organization, there are multiple companies that have different approvals based on position. They are looking to standardize this and assign a dollar amount per each job level. Each company has the same approval structure (m > sm > vp > svp > p)

For example, in company 1 they would have a manager (with a job level of 1) approve up to $100,000 and then the senior manager (with a job level of 2) approve up to $200,000. In company 2 the manager (with a job level of 2) can approve up to $200,000 and the senior manager (with job level 3), would approve up to $300,000.
