Fusion VBS access

in Visual Builder Studio for SCM

I have a test Fusion instance where I previously used the username SCM.IMPL to log in. Due to some internal issues, the functional team changed the username to TestSCM.IMPL.

Previously, the SCM.IMPL user had the “Edit Page in Visual Builder” access, through which I performed the required Redwood customizations.

After the username was changed to TestSCM.IMPL, the system is asking me to submit a new membership request for Visual Builder access. I submitted the membership request, and the person who received the email tried to approve it.

However, when they attempted to approve the request, the system displayed an error stating that the user does not have sufficient roles/privileges to approve the request, or that the approval link is no longer valid.
