Data integration Error opening Data file epbcs

Since last few days, the data load through epm automate job is failing to load a file with below error :

DEBUG [AIF]: Error opening Data file ****_Monthly_Data.txt
ERROR [AIF]: Error opening file

I am able to load the file manually.

-Do I have the right file name saved in the Data Load Rule? yes

-Did the job import that file into the Cloud? The job failed to import the file

-Is the file in the right directory (as specified in Data Load Rule)? yes
