How to restrict an RTP to members at a specific generation below a parent?

Summary:
I would like to set the limit of a member RTP to members that are exactly 3 generations below a specific parent member, similar to @RELATIVE("member",3) in a calc script, but inside the RTP limit.

I have a hierarchy which changes often and ideally I would like to avoid having to update the RTP's limit every time the hierarchy changes. The parent member is stable so ideally I only want to reference it in the limit.
I have tried Children(Children(Children("member"))), but this is not valid.
