Internal candidate not receiving notification when applied to a job requisition in opportunity marke

Summary:

An Internal candidate applied for a job via opportunity Marketplace but not like external candidates receiving "Thank you for applying a job" notification, internal candidates don't.
Our candidates are expecting for a email notification to be sent out.

Oracle Recruiting Cloud don't have a notification as seeded one for trigger to internal candidates?
