Is it possible to add county to the postal code drop down in contact info via VBS?

Summary: On our person management page we have a drop down for a postal code that allow you to see the City, County, and State. On our contact info page via postal code it just shows City and State. For certain zip codes we have multiple counties that can be applicable. Would it be possible to add county to this selection via Visual Builder Studio? Picture attached for additional clarity
