Autocomplete rules not working on Person Address

Autocomplete rules not working on Person Address but working fine in Candidate Address

We have created an autocomplete rules to force the candidate to only input Title case address and only alphanumeric.

This is working fine in Candidate External career site as well in Candidate Address in Recruiting but in person address it is not working as expected.
