Contributors to Candidate Administration Profiles losing visibility to the Learning Catalog Items

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue where designated contributors for a Candidate Administration Profile lose visibility to one or more of the course catalog items assigned to that CAP. We see this happening after maintenance updates to the environment whether this be Oracle scheduled maintenance or our own team running the ESS jobs for Learning.

Our solution is to remove the Contributor from the CAP. Save the record, and then re-add the Contributor. Then, we see the course in the catalog.
