Redwood: Enable Visibility Control for Seeded Address Additional Attributes in Supplier Registration

Oracle Redwood Supplier Self-Service Registration displays seeded address attributes configured through the country address format. Currently, individual seeded attributes, such as AdditionalAddressAttribute1 (Additional Address Element 1), are not exposed as configurable fields in Visual Builder Studio Business Rules for the supplier registration page. We require the ability to hide this attribute from supplier registration pages.

AdditionalAddressAttribute1 is used internally to store the details associated with a supplier address. The value is required for internal processing and downstream integrations but should not be displayed to or maintained by external suppliers during registration.

External suppliers may not understand the purpose or required format of this internally controlled field. Allowing suppliers to view or enter the value can result in incorrect values, inconsistent supplier-address records, and downstream integration issues.
