Inserting a report in Smart View multiple times and editing POV deletes previous inserted report

Summary:

Users are attempting to insert a report (example Income Statement Variance) into Smart View in multiple sheets and use Edit POV to change the Entity for each report. Is this expected to work when importing the same report multiple times and editing the POV? In our experience, editing the POV on the second inserted report causes the first inserted report tab to be deleted so it is not supported. Some reports do allow multiple insert and editing POV for each report, but upon saving the workbook and reopening, the users are unable to Refresh the reports.
