External Learners with No Oracle Login Credentials

Summary: We have both employees and non-employees as a learner base. We are trying to figure out how we would get non-employees to take Oracle set-up courses, where they have no Oracle login credentials. Also, the external learners are not really identified in advance.

Under the legacy LMS, these external learners (non-employees) would receive an e-mail from an external instructor. The e-mail provides step-by-step instructions, where the first step is to enter their e-mail and the license key noted in the e-mail as their first point to register.

The legacy LMS essentially auto-creates the account for these external learners based license key entry, and now have access to the LMS, and the course(s) in question.
