Can audit fields (Last Updated By, Last Updated Date) be added to the View Employment Details page?

Summary:

We're looking to expose audit-type fields, specifically Last Updated By and Last Updated Date, on the View Employment Details page (Navigation: Employment info-->Search and select emp-->Historical changes-->select a transaction such as Job Change). Today this page shows the Summary of employment changes (What Changed / After / Before) but doesn't display who made the change or when and there is no out-of-the-box fields available to enable for this section.

We know these fields already exist as configurable fields on the Employment Info page itself, under the Historical changes section. We're trying to determine if the same fields can be exposed on the
