HCM Professional Activity Center: Chosen pins do not retain in subsequent session.

According to the HCM Professional Activity Center documentation, chosen quick action pins are meant to be retained in subsequent sessions in the same browser on the same device, but this is not what I'm experiencing. When I close and reopen the browser, the pins reset back to alphabetical order.

I'm assuming this must have something to do with browser settings? I'm using Microsoft Edge.
