Careers Page Job Search Behavior

Hello,

We would like to confirm whether it is possible to modify the Careers page so that all available job postings are displayed automatically when a user first navigates to the page, without requiring the user to select a filter or click the Search button.

Currently, when a user first accesses the Careers page, the page displays the search fields, but the job postings are not displayed initially. The user must enter or select a search criterion and perform a search before the available job postings are displayed.
