Ability for Recruiters to View Overall FTE Vacancies During Requisition Creation and Sourcing

Our organization uses Position Management and requires a 1:1 relationship between positions and job requisitions based on FTE.

Our recruiters would like the ability to view overall FTE vacancies across positions when assisting hiring managers with job requisition creation or sourcing candidates. Having visibility into vacant FTEs would help recruiters identify staffing needs and better support recruitment planning.

We are interested in learning how other organizations using Position Management provide recruiters with this visibility.

Questions for the Community:

• Is there delivered Oracle functionality that allows recruiters to view vacant FTEs across positions?
• Are other organizations using OTBI reports, dashboards, or another solution to provide this information?
