Candidate Offer Status Changed from Accepted to Rejected by Employer

Hi Experts,

We are currently experiencing an issue where the team received a notification indicating that a candidate rejected an offer, even though the candidate had already accepted the offer.

Upon reviewing the application, the current status is showing as "Rejected by Employer." We also generated an analysis report and reviewed the Progress task, which indicates that the rejection action was performed by the system rather than a user. Additionally, based on our analysis, there is no Event Person Identifier associated with the rejection event.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? We would appreciate any insight into why the application may have been automatically moved to "Rejected by Employer" and what system event or process could have triggered this action despite the candidate having already accepted the offer.
