Position sync action is not getting updated to the employee assignment record

in Human Capital Management

Hi Team,

We have observed an issue in Oracle Fusion HCM 26C related to Position Synchronization. When a synchronized position is updated, the corresponding employee assignment is successfully updated, and the synchronized attributes reflect the changes as expected. However, no new assignment history record is created with the action "Position Sync". Based on our understanding, a new effective-dated record with the action "Position Sync" should be generated whenever position synchronization updates an employee assignment. Kindly confirm if anyone faced the issue.
