How to configure DFF or questionnaire fields for Celebrate Spot Awards?

edited Sep 25, 2026 7:42AM in Celebrate

We are implementing Oracle Celebrate Spot Awards and have a requirement to capture additional information when an employee submits a Spot Award.

We would like to add a field such as Award Category (for example, Gold / Silver) to the Spot Award submission.

We checked Setup and Maintenance > Manage Descriptive Flexfields, but we are unable to find a relevant DFF for the two Celebrate modules available in our environment.

Could you please help us with the following:

  1. What is the DFF name and module name associated with the Celebrate Spot Award questionnaire/submission page?
  2. Is it possible to add a custom DFF or questionnaire field
