AOR representative not getting refresh post global transfer

Summary:

Once Global transfer task is completed

AoR representatives which was tagged to inactive assignment are not getting refreshed automatically, which means employee record is showing representatives from inactive assignment and active assignment both, which is creating confusion and un-necessary notifications are getting sent.
