How to exclude transfer order demand in replenishment plan

Hello,

Currently Demand is being loaded as external forecast in Replenishment Plan, and inventory is only being replenished at ODC level. Now at ODC there is no sales order demand, only transfer order demand. But the forecast that the business gives us already has transfer order demand included. Now once the plan is run, it is calculating total demand as net forecast (which is basically TOD from business) + TOD essentially double counting transfer order demand. Now they cannot remove TOD from the forecast as thats the only forecast available, no sales orders are available at the ODC. So is there
