26C Feature - Local Tax Jurisdiction Sync Behavior on Tax Withholding Card
We have enabled "Sync Only When No Future-Dated Entries Exist (Y)" and completed testing on both existing and newly hired employees.
Based on the feature documentation, we understand that when the sync criteria are met, tax-related information, including OH and KY School District details, should be synchronized following an employee address change.
However, during our testing:
- For PA, only the PSD value on the Employee Tax Withholding Card was updated.
- Related tax components such as City Taxes and County Taxes were not updated.
