Report Audit Entry Inconsistency with Reports

Hello Oracle Support,

We are observing unexpected behavior with Report Audit tracking.

During testing, reports were opened and Save was clicked without making any report changes. In some cases, the report was still recorded in the Audit and the Last Modified Date was updated, while in another case it was not.

Test results:

Scenario 1

Report: BS Comparison
Action: Minor change made and saved
Result: Appeared in Audit

Scenario 2

Report: Balance Sheet
Action: Opened and saved with no changes
Result: Did not appear in Audit

Scenario 3

Report: BS Comparison
Action: Opened and saved with no changes
Result: Appeared in Audit
