Candidate not showing under candidate tab

Issue-Candidate Search Issue.

Issue description-We are having a new pod where the candidates are attached to job requisitions.But in candidate page the candidates are not showing.

Below profile options are enabled-

1.ORA_IRC_CANDIDATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED

 2.ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED

 3.ORA_IRC_CAND_ORACLE_SEARCH_ENABLED

4.ORA_FND_SEARCH_ATTACH_ENABLED

While running the ESS job – “ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS”  with parameter –“"fa-hcm-irc-candidates".

The above ESS job is in Retrying status for a long time.

We also ran the below process sequentially. Still The above ESS job(“ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS”  with parameter –“"fa-hcm-irc-candidates".) is in Retrying status for a long time.
