HR Error During Processing - Manage Job Offers

Summary:

I have an employee in manage job offers w/ the status: Error during processing. When going to the employee page it tells me there is a duplicate (cw termed profile). When trying to merge and selecting merge and recreate offer, I get this error: JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000148886450 ] in PersonEO
