Inter Org Transfer - Draft Order Requirement

Summary:

Hi, We have a client requirement where transfer requestes are coming from a third-party application for Inter-Org Transfers. The key requirement is that the request should come into Fusion in DRAFT, so the user can change the item and/or destination organization (if required) before submitting the transfer.

We explored 2 approaches:

1. Internal Material Transfer through Requisition:
   1. We can create the requisition in Draft.
   2. However, once created, the destination organization cannot be changed.
   3. The only option is to cancel the requisition and create a new one, which would potentially require going back to third party application.
