Conversion Fast formula for Absence type and Plan for night shift (Cross day shifts).
In our environment we have Employees who are on rotational shifts. Everyday the shift keep changing. Day1 & 2 will be Morning shift, Day 3 & 4 will be Afternoon shift, Day 5 & 6 will be night shift and Day 7 as Weekly Off.
When we apply leave in system, the duration is getting corrected for Employees who are in general shifts.
#Issue:
When Leave is applied for Night Shift day followed by Weekly Off then instead of calculating Duration as 1 the value is coming as 2 (Excess deduction)
