Unable to add satisfaction events

in Revenue Management

Hi,

I have imported the RMCS contract via FBDI without capturing satisfaction events.

I am trying to add satisfaction events manually via UI but Add button is greyed. Is it possible to enter via UI? If yes, what could be the reason to disable the Add button. Satisfaction event status as "Not Started".
