ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column with BSO to BSO

in Reporting and Analytics for ERP

Summary:

Hi Oracle Community,

We are facing an issue while running a BSO to BSO data integration in Oracle Planning/PBCS.

The data extraction from the source BSO cube completes successfully. The log shows EssbaseService.extractData - END (true) and the exported file is generated successfully.

However, the integration fails during the FileData.importData / ImportTextData stage with the following error:

ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column
