Resource Directory Not Synchronizing Agent Name Changes from HCM for HR Help Desk
We are using Resource Directory to assign HR Help Desk agents to the Service Representative role. The initial setup was successful, but it appears that information maintained in the Resource Directory is not synchronizing with HCM after the initial assignment.
For example, when an agent's name is updated in HCM, the change is reflected correctly in HCM; however, the agent's name displayed on HR Help Desk service requests continues to show the old name.
We would like to understand whether this is expected behavior or if an additional synchronization process is required.
Questions:
- Is Resource Directory information automatically synchronized with HCM?
