Is it possible to display DFFs from assignment or person in Connections page?

Summary:

We have a requirement to display certain fields, including DFFs, within Connections which are captured on the assignment. Is it possible to surface these assignment DFFs within Connections? I do not see these fields available when configuring within Connections in VBS.
