How to configure exit payroll or F&F Settlement in India Payroll

Hi Experts,

We are working on the Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll – Full and Final (F&F) Settlement process and would like guidance on handling the following business scenario.

Current Process:

As part of the F&F process, when an employee leaves the organization, the employee is eligible for the following components:

• PL (Privilege Leave) Encashment
• Gratuity
• Income Tax

Currently, we would like to understand how these components can be handled as part of the employee's F&F settlement.

Business Scenario:

For an employee undergoing F&F settlement:

• PL Encashment needs to be calculated and paid.
• Gratuity needs to be calculated and paid based on the employee's eligibility.
