Unable to use Saved Search for Job Alert on the External Career Site

Summary:

I am unable to create saved searches on the career site by using certain filters. This is also preventing candidates to get alerts/notifications based on their custom job alert criteria.

I came across the below mentioned oracle doc which mentions about this feature.
