zoom not available for user in management reporting

Summary:

A single user has reported that the zoom/expand feature is not available in management reporting. Screenshots below to show the issue. The user tried multiple browsers as well as trying the following per google/AI search:

The interactive HTML expansion triangles rely entirely on client-side JavaScript execution: 

  • Browser Zoom Level: Text zooming over 100% can break or hide the clickable HTML canvas for expansion icons.
  • Extension Conflicts: Aggressive ad-blockers or privacy extensions can block Oracle's drill-down scripts.
  • Clear Local Cache: Ask the user to perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) or try an Incognito/InPrivate browser session
