Old Request ID do not show up in Lower instance Oracle ERP

Summary: We had a recent P2T refresh conducted with date 08/26/2026 ,

In lower instance when try to search request ID before the above date the request ID is not available - I have opened an SR with Oracle but no response . Can anybody confirm the root cause of this issue.
