How to test CAMT.053 for UAT Testing?

We have test loaded CAMT.053 files from JP Morgan for bank statement reconciliations. JP Morgan only sends files from Production. Because our test instance is a few months behind Production, we can only confirm that we received the CAMT.053 file, but transactions will not reconcile because the Production transactions are not in the test instance. What is the best way to test CAMT.053 file loading in UAT short of re-producing Production transactions in our test instance?
