Thank you to those who were able to join us for the September edition of the Oracle Recruiting Knowledge Exchange (ORKE). We discussed some of the features and drivers for Recruiting Booster. Interestingly, many organizations focused on one or two key elements of the offering as their justification for purchasing. We heard a lot of "two-way communication" as the most common must have with booster. Resume parsing is a bit of a given, but other features being focused on in the near term like enhanced interview management and event capabilities were also mentioned.
