Run Employee Active Payroll Balance Report Payroll Flow Errors?

After running the Run Employee Active Payroll Balance Report Payroll Flow with the State balance group, the Flow completes with errors. Out of 3360 records, 141 are failing. The errors that we're seeing include:

"Processing couldn't be completed. Contact your help desk."

"An internal assertion test couldn't be completed at location pay_contexts.get_deduction_type_id:[Shift Differential Evening OT][300000007355661][][ORA-01403: no data found].""

It seems that we are seeing the second error just a handful of elements.

The report can be successfully run for other balance groups, including city and county. This is a seeded report and seeded flow, and we have not changed anything with any of our elements in the system. We were able to run this flow successfully without any errors just two weeks ago when we ran our last payroll.
