REDWOOD - Autocreate Assignments not doing anything?

Summary:

Upon creating a supplier and supplier site, the autocreate assignment button appears in the site area. When clicking the button, it does not seem to do anything? We have 10 Req BUs that we have to manually add one by one for site assignments. In the past classic page, we would click autocreate assignment under the site and it would list all Req BUs, to which we would select the bill to BU for each. Now in redwood, it won't even list them out. has anyone else experienced this?
