Suggested Candidates disappear when requisition status changes to "Open - Expired"

Finding:
We've observed that the Suggested Candidates feature (Intelligent Matching) only displays on a job requisition while its status is Open - Posted. As soon as the posting expires and the status changes to Open - Expired, the Suggested Candidates section disappears entirely — even though the requisition itself remains Open and is still being actively worked (reviewing applications, progressing candidates, etc.).

Test performed:
To confirm this, we tested a requisition in our Test environment. With the status at Open - Expired, Suggested Candidates was not showing. We then created an internal job posting to move the status to Open - Posted, and as soon as the status changed, Suggested Candidates began showing immediately — with no other configuration changes made.
