We are facing issue while trying to add any item in Purchase order, we are able to add other option in po lines such as Category, quantity, price but not able to find any item ,, same we are not facing in classic page

Role privilege added

Profile value & Opt in feature enabled

still we are facing same issue, kindly help here.
